We stayed at the Fairfield Inn for 7 days in Dec 2025. Our room wasn't cleaned once. I finally Went and asked the front desk when will our room be cleaned. He said not for 2 more days! So we were given an arm full of towels, toilet paper and a trash bag to put our used towels in and set the bag in the hallway. We were also told we'd have to empty our own trashcans. We travel a lot and this was the worst we've ever been treated.

We stayed in Palmdale. The heat/air kept running even though we turned the system off. The night clerk came and did something to turn the entire system off. The beds were not comfortable at all. We left at 0430 am. To date, the manager has not tried to fix this?

Very newly built hotel - as someone who is a clean freak the carpet and the entire room was clean and brand new - the bathroom was glistening and spotless and the shower was spacious and clean everywhere. Although it is in a more secluded area this hotel is recommended and one of the best hotels i ever been to in America.

We had the most unpleasant experience sleeping here tonight. My husband and I checked into our reserved room after a 13 hour drive from Texas. We checked into room 215 and we see that it's a handicap accessible room, which I did not book. I booked a standard King through hotels.com I'm not ok staying in a room that I did not select to sleep in. The second thing we noticed is that the AC did not work. The AC monitoring screen on the wall was blacked out and not working. The AC unit under the window was also not working at all. It was blacked out. I called the front desk to report the AC not working, she told me to try a couple of things, which I did and I told her that still didn't solve the problem. She told me that the maintenance guy is not in tonight so there's no one can look at it tonight. I requested to change rooms to a double queen because she told me upon check in that we got the last king room. She told me that because I booked through a third party app, she's unable to switch out my room. I'm highly upset that an exception wasn't made knowing that the room that was assigned to us does not have a working AC and there's literally no air circulation in this room. At that point, where is the consideration for the customer? It seemed like she didn't even try to offer any solution besides offering to come up to the room and try the same things she told me to try over the phone, which didn't work. I told her I need our room changed tomorrow. We are booked for 3 nights total and the 1st night is a disappointment to say the least. I'll be speaking with the manager in the morning but right now, there's no way I'm catching any sleep without any air in this room. We've stayed at this hotel in the past with no issues. Today was an exception. UPDATE!! - The next morning, I spoke with Elizabeth Senter, the front office manager, and I told her about my experience from last night and how I'd appreciate some sort of refund considering the fact that we didn't have proper sleep. Elizabeth didn't show any care and she had a snappy attitude. She told me there's no way they could refund the amount for the first night's stay and to initiate the refund through the app I used to book the room and then the hotel would them receive the request and respond. I requested to change my room to another king room that's not wheelchair accessible and she asked if we can stay in the same room if the AC gets fixed. I told her no ma'am, I would like a different room that's a standard King with a working AC. I left the hotel and started the process of requesting a refund and explained what happened. I returned to the hotel later that day and checked into a different room and it checked out. We stayed in that room for the remaining 2 nights. Fast forwarding to today, 11/28 I received an updated stating the refund the hotel is offering was $11.85. That's so disrespectful. They refunded to refund me for a horrible night we experienced at their hotel due to THEIR AC unit not working. I called Melina Orozco-Rios but she didn't answer. I'll email her because this isn't right. FINAL UPDATE: Melina Orozco-Rios finally responded to my email and she still refused any further refund and she basically said she's the decision maker and will not offer further resolution. To sum it up, I received a $11.85 refund for a room that cost me $107 plus tax for a room with no working AC and an overall uncomfortable stay.

Went here during a business trip to Lancaster and was impressed. Very clean and modern place! Even a mini or full-size iron board options in the room. I thought that was great! The staff were great and accommodating as possible! They really care here which I appreciate. I did not lack a single thing! The breakfast options were top notch for a hotel breakfast. Many options and they were tasty and incredible!!

It was very centralized to everywhere I needed to be in the AV. Very clean property, inside and out. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Breakfast had a fair selection. Shower fixtures were in good condition, gave a strong water flow without being to strong. 2 things that Im a stickler about: no makeup mirror, and towels were at least better than Hilton but not quite as good as Best Western. Overall, I would love to stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was really impressed. The property is clean and feels very new, but what truly stood out was the staff. You don’t often come across hotel employees who show genuine care, but here, you do. A big shoutout to the night receptionist (sorry I forgot his name—he had curly hair). He was incredibly courteous, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect. His warm attitude made us feel truly welcome and well taken care of.

? Fairfield Inn Review — A Comfortable & Clean Stay with a Few Notes I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn and overall had a pleasant experience that I would definitely repeat. What I Loved: The style and cleanliness of the room and bathroom were standout — modern, spotless, and relaxing. The shower was awesome, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash by Alice Co. Botanicals. The lavender scent felt luxurious, though I personally prefer lemongrass. Parking was easy and convenient, which is a big plus for me when traveling with family. The bed was comfy, and the room had a calm, restful vibe. Breakfast was a solid 4 stars for me. I especially enjoyed the scrambled eggs, which were surprisingly good, and the chocolate muffin was a nice treat. The coffee wasn’t bad either, which I always appreciate in the mornings. What Could Be Improved: The indoor pool was a bit of a letdown. It wasn’t filthy, but it wasn’t as clean or warm as I expected. I personally prefer warmer pools, so I’d give the pool 2.5 stars — it wasn’t awful, just not great. Final Thoughts: I enjoyed my stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was satisfying, and the little touches like the botanical bath products added a nice touch. While the pool didn’t quite meet my expectations, it wasn’t enough to ruin the experience. I’d still come back and recommend it to others looking for a clean, well-kept, and affordable place to stay. We stayed in a suite room for 11 days with in-laws staying down the hall for couple of days. Everything and everyone was great and super nice and helpful, besides two front ladies- Lidia and her manager Beth. We had a very unprofessional and unpleasant encounter with both of them on couple separate occasions. Won’t be staying at this location again and will advise family and friends against staying here.

Room was decent and staff were friendly but multiple TV channels wouldn’t work. They would just show a black screen. I’m talking major TV channels like ESPN and TNT. Very frustrating when you travel often, work all day, and want to watch a something while you work all night.
