The Homewood Suites Lancaster consistently receives positive feedback, largely attributed to its friendly and helpful staff, particularly Brandie and Marina, who are praised for their welcoming attitudes and proactive service. Guests appreciate the clean, modern rooms, comfortable beds, and convenient amenities like free breakfast and a social hour. However, recent renovations and occasional operational issues, such as bathroom flooding, have caused some concerns for certain stays.
As a large group check in, we were greeted and given our rooms in a very timely efficient manner. The social "hour" (5pm-7pm Monday-Wednesday) is very nice, with great service, the rooms are nice, and over all we're very pleased. They have two propane grills outside with an outdoor kitchen and the propane is provided. Walmart is 2 minutes away, a gym, shopping, ball field, and additional restaurants. You really can't beat this place. Photo of our server included. Oh, I had my bedroom at 59° last night.
Stayed for 2 nights. Check in was a breeze. Brandie at the front desk was very welcoming. Rooms were clean and had all the commodities. Marina at the lobby working hard to make every guest's stay all the more pleasant
The staff got right to us when we walked in. Brandie was pleasant and very helpful. Marina had warm food and cold drinks waiting for us. Great place to stay with an excellent staff.
Room is nice, had a kitchen, very modern. Cons: no bank parking lot and it’s a long walk to some of the rooms, shampoo and conditioners are awful they smell like cheap perfume like axe, caused an asthma to kick in, BYO.
Great stay updated rooms, could use a few more hooks in the bathrooms. Breakfast on the weekday was great and Wednesday dinner was awesome. Only disappointed part was Fridays breakfast, other days has awesome extra protien and tortillas a that match well with extra cheeses and Fridays was not. No extra protien, no cheese options and the lady on her phone in the back wasnt very friendly when I asked if there was an egg option as there was no eggs in trays outside... had to wait "6 minutes " which were the only words she said to me after looking up from her phone, very surprising since all other staff was extremely friendly and helpful through our stay. Over all will be coming back :)
My stay at Homewood Suites Lancaster exceeded expectations. From check-in to check-out, the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely caring… so thank you to Brandie, Leslie, Veronica, and Jose! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. I’m very thankful for such a positive experience and highly recommend this location.
This was our second time here. The first time the staff was so accommodating. They allowed us to check in early for our daughter’s quinceañera so that she can have her hair and make up done. Breakfast was delicious and our entire family (multiple reservations) was pleased with their stay. This second time around Brandy was so sweet and her customer service was excellent. She was very welcoming and kind. The manager there was just as wonderful, but I forgot to get her name. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was so much to choose from. The rooms were so cozy and clean. I love being here and can’t wait to come back again.
We always enjoy staying here check-in and check-out is a breeze the staff are very friendly Maria aka (Hopalong) and Brandi aka (Trouble) and the rest of the staff from the kitchen, housekeeping, and the maintenance people help keep things running smoothly, and make you feel at home. They take the time to have a conversation with the guests. The rooms are newly remodeled and very welcoming I give them a 5 ??????????
We had a little situation at another hotel. We needed to stay at the Homewood suites. Marina at the front desk was absolutely amazing at getting us situated in a new room. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Marina checked on us the next day to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We are very appreciative of her. We highly recommend staying at Homewood suites. Thank you again.
I waited a few days before posting because being in customer service myself, I wanted to give management a chance to fix issue. My family and I are here for a family reunion all the way from Arkansas. My girlfriend, her elderly mom and myself. We booked a 2 room suite with 2 queen beds. 4 nights 5 days. As soon as we landed we got a call trying to move us to sister property in which would've been smaller. We declined. We got in our room Thursday after waiting for them to find one, the hotel which is undergoing renovations had overbooked. I was gracious and understanding. Now Friday night after reunion activities we returned to the room to notice water on the bathroom floor, we called front desk, it was late she said someone would come in the morning. Noone came the next day as we continued with our reunion. Saturday when we got to riom as our elderly and disabled mom went to use the bathroom water literally rained down on her. The light fixture was filled with water and water ran from the vent and several spots in ceiling. We had to pack up everything after 10, with our elderly mom to a smaller room with one king bed, and a TV that didn't work. It's been 2 days and the General Manager still hasn't reached out. I called corporate and they told me they couldn't help. Now they have offered one night comp. I'm appreciative, but I dont feel that takes in consideration the inconvenience and interruption of a planned and expensive trip and how far we've came. And our elderly mom, who was settled for the night. Now the family has several rooms and every single room has an issue, some small some, like ours, major. What of that light fixture would've fell with the weight of the water? I'm so disappointed with Hilton Honors bc that's the corporate # i called
