I experienced too many issues with the hotel on this trip. I reserved two rooms. First I was charged for two rooms by Booking.com then I was charged for an additional room by TownPlace Suites for a total of three rooms. Today I received a call from Jessica at the front desk advising they forgot to charge me for incidentals and I needed to pay an additional $40 (20/ea for two rooms). She said her manager informed her of this. I asked to speak to her manager. Of course, the manager is not here. I swiped my card to pay the additional $40. So now I am short $370 (additional room) + $40 (incidentals) =$410.00 extra hold on my account. This is not a good look on the hotel. What a way to start my Thanksgiving holiday.

Good pricing cause of my discount, the over night lady and security are nice. But the day shift is horrible, I asked 3 times for them to come and fix our TVs Internet. Once on the phone twice in person. Never got it fixed doesn’t even seem to look like they came into the room to check. Like if you can’t fix it offer a new room or something. Management needs to make sure their employees are properly trained for guest services. (Speaking from personal experience in this industry) one of the worst Marriott hotel experiences.

My mom came into town and placed a reservation here at TownPlace. She stays here every time she comes into town. She loved the hotel up until this trip where they placed her in their sister location, Fairfield Inn. This is so disappointing due to the horrible and humid indoor pool the Fairfield Inn has. My mom always looks forward to being out in the sun at the pool when she stays here, but this time she doesn’t get that luxury since they put her in the other hotel and not the one she actually booked with. Their excuse was that they are both technically the same hotel because they are under the same hotel chain (Marriott). My mom even asked if she could at least use the other hotels pool since she had booked with that one and they refused to let her use it. So much for it being “the same hotel!” What a bummer since I had recommended this place to her when she first started visiting since my best friend stays here when she comes into town. I guess all of us are done with this place.

The deposit was charged a month ago, but even after a month, I still haven't received it back. Be careful, everyone — many people aren't getting their deposits back because of their mistake. The staff aren't very friendly either.

The only bad thing was. The air conditioner was super loud.

Solid quality hotel for families or business travelers. I stayed a week and enjoyed the room and friendly staff. Would like to see more variety on the breakfast offerings, but it is still good. I liked the outdoor grill and used it to make my favorite steaks along with the well equipped kitchen in my room.

Fantastic location for long term stays, there is sidewalks to anywhere and anything you need. Grocery stores are a short walk south

This is our second time staying at this location. Check in was easy. Jesus was the one who checked us in and was very polite and helpful. We retuned that evening after our day with family and Jesus welcomed us back. He was so helpful and friendly and gave us some plastic spoons (one of my sons prefers plastic spoons over the metal ones in the room). We chatted for a bit and he offered to turn the fireplace and TV on in the lobby. We enjoyed the warm fireplace and watched a show as family in the lobby before going to bed. In the morning, breakfast was delicious. Plenty of variety and warm coffee and cold juice. Plenty of bagels and breakfast sandwiches along with yogurt and. Hard boiled eggs, oatmeal and fixings, cereals and milks and gluten free muffins. The room is spacious and has a nice size kitchen and fridge. Stocked with pans and bowls and plates and silverware and utensils and a toaster. There also is a dishwasher but we didn’t need it. Overall we love this hotel. We will stay again when we return.

We had a great experience! The front counter representatives Shawn and Bryce showed my family and I exceptional customer care. We were visiting while a family member was in the ICU and they were attentive and helpful. Their positive attitude, kindness, and professional was exactly what we needed. The property is clean, the pool is nice and warm, the lobby sitting area is great (especially if you have people meeting you there), the laundry was clean and had plenty of machines, we didn't get to use it but the BBQ area was a nice amenity, and of course the hot breakfast was the Chery on top! Strongly recommend this property for families, business travelers, or if you are making a quick visit to town. We will definitely come back!
