Me and my husband stayed there on night and we encountered roaches in this so called 4 star Hotel. We killed 3 roaches and then the toilet when I flused it it over flowed all over the floor I just went #1 imagine going #2 hell no. Oh and here comes the good part the girl ( Angie)who checked us in was very nice and when I brought it tk her attention the next morning all she said was I'll let maintance and manager know. And then we encountered the wicked witch Asst. Manager ( Marina) very rude and unprofessional. We called corporate office and we told them everything they called they property spoke to her and she said we were no longer welcomed there. Well corporate associate Marge was very professional she tried her best she did comp usat another location because of the Asst. Manager (Marina) said we were not welcomed there.I think its time to let The Hiltons know what kind of employees they have good thing we know upper hand people to let them know. So I will never recomend this location. But thats just me. Good Luck!!!!

Showers were hot, ac cold, and the bed was comfy. Will stay here again when I'm in the area. Staff was friendly with Brandie being exceptionally great! Snacks and drinks next door made for a great way to end the workday. A couple room quirks, bathroom door wouldn't latch, fridge and microwave were unplugged when I got there, and the hall door let a lot of noise through. But this all will probably get fixed with the active renovations.

Staying at the local Hampton inn in the city I reside in was fantastic I'm not unfamiliar with the chain but having relatives in town and I needed some extra room so we chose to stay at the Hampton inn in my grandson's loved it the staff was beautiful the meal was beautiful and the rooms were so spacious and well equipped with everything the person working the front desk Mary was just awesome and Katrina in the kitchen was awesome she was very professional but the connection to the fact that we are humans and the love she put into that presentation of the food made me feel like I was dying in my own kitchen way to go Hampton inn

We had a really bad experience here, it was very disappointing for our visit, we had booked at least two weeks in advance a 2 queen room with the extra space, just for them to down grade us the day of check in day, to the room with less space and one bed, the front desk was so unprofessional, all they said was you can cancel or get a king bed due to some remodeling ? I will never come back to this hotel ever again!!!

It was fine. It says you get breakfast and you do, but you have to walk to the other hotel to get it which is strange. The door from the parking lot didn't work so I had to walk all the way around the hotel at night.Because it won't open with your key card. The stairwells were extremely dirty, which is never a good sign, because the common areas were just not clean. There was something beeping in the hallway. Maybe a faulty door or something, but it kept me up all night. I would say that it's not worth the money, because you also have to pay for parking when the parking lot is virtually empty. I would definitely pick a different hotel next time. I would just use the word fine. It was fine and we had a place to stay, but I would not choose it again.

Turn the volume on the videos I posted. Renovations starting 7:30am everyday. Hammering and crew playing their music. Bathroom door was broken annd they came annd took the bathroom door and tried to fix it. After that the bathroom door wouldn’t latch or lock. Asked for a room change every day and never got one. Pool closed and was never told until we tried to use it. Stayed 4 night and my room wasn’t cleaned once.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was very family-friendly and provided a comfortable and accommodating environment. The staff was welcoming and courteous upon check-in. We were informed in advance about ongoing renovations and given a sincere apology for any potential noise, which we appreciated especially as I was traveling with my 4-month-old. The noise was not an issue for us at all. I’ve already booked another stay for my upcoming trip in June and look forward to returning.
