A perfect 10/10 experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is top-tier, and the staff is genuinely the friendliest I’ve encountered. The amenities are fantastic and made our stay so much easier. I’ve found my go-to spot—I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Lancaster. Can't wait to return!

Stayed her for the weekend for a wedding. The rooms were nice, continental breakfast was great. Lots of options. The gym and pool area was state of the art. I recommend staying here when in town. Prices are decent, as well.

Hotel is very nice - clean and new. The hotel’s EV charger however, was very disappointing, 13-hours charging at 3.1-kW added less than 30% (35% to 62%), only slightly better than plugging into a 120-volt plug. This is especially disappointing since I called the hotel to inquire about the chargers and was told they work very well!!

My stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Palmdale was honestly such a comfort. I showed up exhausted from traveling, and within minutes of checking in, I already felt more relaxed. The staff were genuinely kind — not just polite, but warm in a way that makes you feel welcome. Walking into my suite felt like walking into a little home. It was spotless, cozy, and having the kitchen made everything easier. I slept so well every night, which says a lot because I’m picky about beds. It’s just one of those places that feels cared for. You can tell the people who work there take pride in it. I left feeling rested and taken care of — and I’ll absolutely be back.

I’ve been on a business trip in Lancaster for four months now, and this week I stayed here. I regret not discovering such a great hotel sooner. Every staff member is truly kind, offering hospitality you won’t experience anywhere else. The condition of the hotel room is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious. All seven of my colleagues were so impressed that we decided to stay here again next week, and from now on, whenever we come to Lancaster, this will be our choice. For the past four months, I’ve stayed at other hotels nearby, but none were as perfect as this one. The hospitality from Lorena, the hotel director, was the warmest and kindest I’ve ever experienced in my time living in the U.S. Five stars are not enough to describe it—if I could give 100, I would. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel

We had family recently move to Lancaster and we found a residence inn nearby. The staff was friendly upon arrival and the rooms are nice with a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. We were able to enjoy the pool and the breakfast arra was nice and has a good selection of oatmeal, waffles, cereals and a couple of hot dishes. As we were heading out and the staff was cleaning the entire floor smelled so fresh and clean. We will definitely be staying here again soon. Thank you for a great stay!

DO NOT STAY HERE. Fraudulent charges were made by Jason and Gabby after being a fire survivor and my insurance company put me in this hotel they fraudulent charged me $500 smoking fee for smelling like the smoke in my home. Gabby and Jason discriminated against me and my children during our stay and I would NOT RECOMMEND

The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly as well. We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be staying there again!
