My stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Palmdale was honestly such a comfort. I showed up exhausted from traveling, and within minutes of checking in, I already felt more relaxed. The staff were genuinely kind — not just polite, but warm in a way that makes you feel welcome. Walking into my suite felt like walking into a little home. It was spotless, cozy, and having the kitchen made everything easier. I slept so well every night, which says a lot because I’m picky about beds. It’s just one of those places that feels cared for. You can tell the people who work there take pride in it. I left feeling rested and taken care of — and I’ll absolutely be back.

Terry is such a ray of sunshine. She made our weekend trip truly amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of and we wanted to extend our deepest gratitude for her amazing customer service.

I’ve been on a business trip in Lancaster for four months now, and this week I stayed here. I regret not discovering such a great hotel sooner. Every staff member is truly kind, offering hospitality you won’t experience anywhere else. The condition of the hotel room is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious. All seven of my colleagues were so impressed that we decided to stay here again next week, and from now on, whenever we come to Lancaster, this will be our choice. For the past four months, I’ve stayed at other hotels nearby, but none were as perfect as this one. The hospitality from Lorena, the hotel director, was the warmest and kindest I’ve ever experienced in my time living in the U.S. Five stars are not enough to describe it—if I could give 100, I would. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel

We had family recently move to Lancaster and we found a residence inn nearby. The staff was friendly upon arrival and the rooms are nice with a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. We were able to enjoy the pool and the breakfast arra was nice and has a good selection of oatmeal, waffles, cereals and a couple of hot dishes. As we were heading out and the staff was cleaning the entire floor smelled so fresh and clean. We will definitely be staying here again soon. Thank you for a great stay!

DO NOT STAY HERE. Fraudulent charges were made by Jason and Gabby after being a fire survivor and my insurance company put me in this hotel they fraudulent charged me $500 smoking fee for smelling like the smoke in my home. Gabby and Jason discriminated against me and my children during our stay and I would NOT RECOMMEND

The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly as well. We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be staying there again!

The check in person is lacking the customer service skills. I have arrived after midnight as I spent my time looking for my cards and calling my banks. Upon arriving to the hotel I explained to the agent about my situation. I told him that I lost my card and showed him my ID, my booking in Marriott app and even showed him my apple pay. I asked if my sister who is with me can use the card. My sister showed her ID and card but he refused. He said I need to give him my physical card. I told him multiple times that it was lost but didn’t listen and insisted of showing my card. He ended up changing my booking in a different rate. I stayed for couple of Marriott properties in San Diego and Las Vegas after my stay in this property but I never had any problems when I told them my situation. They are very understanding with my situation. Please do not go to this hotel as it’s not worth it!

Very comfortable and relaxing stay. I arrived at 4 a.m. due to late work. Communication via the mobile chat was easy, and the staff responded quickly and were very helpful. Night audit Jose was also very sweet. He gave me a warm welcome and helped me get to my room without any delay. PROS -Brand new hotel -Very clean -Modern design, the room looks great compare to other Residence Inn -Big table for work -Great location with restaurants nearby -Free parking CONS Wish they had more breakfast options. I was hoping for white toast or a plain bagel, but the attendant seemed to hide in the back even though we made eye contact. :(
