One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. They sold our room to someone else and told us they were booked even though we had prepaid for the room. The front desk lady was awful. I feel sorry for anyone who has to talk to her. Don't stay here.

I can not express how amazing the staff is here. Jadien, Cynthia and Daniel are the most AMAZING staff I've ever seen. Customer service here is 100% 10/10 I will tell all my friends and family to stay here if they are ever coming to visit at Edwards

3 day stay with the smell of weed. Important documents thrown away. Staff blaming me for losing it. I would never come here again.

Had a wonderful stay here. Came to town for a quick family trip and the stay here was great .. Friendly , helpful staff and great breakfast in the morning.. The only down side i had was the deposit hold.. I wasn't aware of it so it came at a shock as I pad for the room online in full , only to get there and have to put more money down that I wasn't told about. It was in the receipt I had , but in the " fine print" . You may want to out that on the front in bold letters... But other than that great stay. Would come back again.

Front desk ladies were very nice breakfast was fresh and good for a complimentary breakfast usual biscuits gravy waffles the normal 1 recommendation please stock up on real butter margarine is absolutely terrible the toast and health wise

Was going to give them a rave review until they basically stole my money. Staff is beyond rude...I am disabled and they basically showed the utmost in discrimination. Charged $200 for washing towels?? They refused to take my debit card from Cap One or Chime. They took all my money from the bank but assured me I will get it back. They claimed I soiled the bed (another discrimination issue..I am in a wheelchair hence we are going to frame her)...all lies, total disability discrimination and basically complained that the towels were dirty?? Charging $200 to wash towels. Discriminating against the disabled is a big deal, but stealing money from a customer was the last straw. The staff is scandalous but the hotel is lovely. They have some serious ADA violations coming there way and lots of legal drama as well.

Negatives: reeked of marijuana and tobacco smoke everywhere! I could pinpoint what rooms it was coming from on my floor during my one night stay. I have a zero tolerance for being subjected to having to breathe other peoples drug addictions. Room could use more coffee and little single serve creamer sugar packets. Positives: my faithful partner my dog was able to stay with me! Thank you! The room seemed relatively clean. Nothing visible to the naked eye. Felt safe enough although the door locks could be updated for more secure purposes. Had a small fridge and microwave which helped. The AC and Heat worked well. Also very affordable.

Confirmed BED BUGS in 2 of their rooms. I found more bites as the days went by, then searched the blankets and found the little horrible bugs. They changed me to a different room, and woke up to new bites the next day. They only refunded 1 of the 4 nights I stayed with them. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here AT ALL, the hotel is old and dirty.

The room was ok need to offer more coffee and more towels. I didn't like that everytime I we t to use the elevator the people staying next to my room were smoking weed and it smelled really bad and I was practically sick my whole trip it was hard ti even eat because I couldn't keep anything down due to the smell I also think you should offer more of a variety of breakfast and not allow the people who are staying there the option to make all the food and leave nothing for the rest of the occupants. I will not be staying there again.
